File Transfer Agents

The PlatinumPay File Transfer Agent (PFTA) is a safe and secure way to transfer files to and from your PlatinumPay Desktop and your local PC. To download the PFTA application click on the download icon and install on your local PC.

PlatinumPay Printing Agents

Due to the nature of thin-client computing, some printers might not be compatible with our PlatinumPay servers which prevents them from being available from your PlatinumPay Desktop. To fix this, download and install our Simplify Printing add-on which will make all your printers available.  To download the Simplify Printing add-on, click on the link.

General Utilities

PDF File Printing Utility - PlatinumPay allows users to print to PDF using the server based "ePrinter".  This requires using the File Transfer Utility to move the file from the server desktop to the workstation desktop.  A better alternative is to install a PDF Printer Driver on the workstation.  If purchasing Adobe Acrobat or a similar PDF creation software is not an appropriate option, we can recommend a Shareware product.   The software program is called Doro PDF Printer.  It has been tested with PlatinumPay and is available thru CNET at the adjacent hyperlink. File Compression Utility - As the size of files become larger many email programs will not accept them.  Email programs are also on the lookout for executable files.  These are files that can run a program on the computer and can be very dangerous.  By compiling and compressing files the recipient can 1) receive much larger files and 2) view the type and title of the file before extracting it.  Click the icon and it will take you to WinZip's download site.

PDF File Reader - Most reports we generate including paperless payroll are created in PDF File Format.  One of the easiest, most trusted and widely accepted reader of pdf's is Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Click the icon and it will take you to Adobe's Download site.
